I am an Associate Professor of Philosophy at the University of San Francisco, where I’ve worked since 2015.

I’m originally from Nova Scotia, Canada—a tiny, forested peninsula on the Atlantic Ocean—but I’ve lived in the United States for over ten years.

When I’m not teaching or coaching, you’ll find me outside: running, hiking, camping, or skiing ‍♀️ ⛰️ ️ ⛷‍️
